  1. Employer registers you for EPF — UAN allotted
  2. Activate UAN at unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in — Online access enabled

  • Aadhaar Card — 12-digit UIDAI identification (Original or photocopy)
  • PAN Card — Permanent Account Number (Original)
  • Bank Account Passbook — Active bank account (First page)
