How to apply

Application mode: hybrid · Official application portal

  1. Visit pmfby.gov.in or your bank branch — Application portal accessed
  2. Select crop and enter sown area — Crop registered
  3. Pay premium and receive policy — Coverage active

  • Aadhaar Card — 12-digit UIDAI identification (Original or photocopy)
  • Bank Account Passbook — Active bank account in applicant's name (First page)
  • Land Records — Khata/Khasra/Patta documents (Original or attested)
  • Sowing Certificate — Proof of crop sown (From village officer)
