How to apply

Application mode: offline

  1. Register pregnancy at nearest government health centre — Registered
  2. Plan institutional delivery — Delivery scheduled
  3. Cash credited within 7 days of delivery — Amount credited

  • Aadhaar Card — 12-digit UIDAI identification (Original or photocopy)
  • Bank Account Passbook — Active bank account in applicant's name (First page)
  • BPL/Caste Certificate — BPL or SC/ST status proof (Original)
