How to apply

Application mode: offline

  1. Visit Gram Panchayat and check SECC list — Eligibility verified
  2. Fill application with Panchayat secretary — Application registered
  3. Verification by Block Development Officer — Approval
  4. Funds disbursed in 3 installments via DBT — Credited at construction milestones

  • Aadhaar Card — 12-digit UIDAI identification (Original or photocopy)
  • Bank Account Passbook — Active bank account (First page)
  • Domicile Proof — Proof of state residence (Voter ID/utility bill)
  • SECC Verification Slip — From Gram Panchayat (Original)
