Eligibility criteria

  • Must own agricultural land

How to apply

Application mode: offline

  1. Soil samples collected by agriculture department staff — Samples sent for testing
  2. Receive Soil Health Card with recommendations — Card issued (free)

  • Aadhaar Card — 12-digit UIDAI identification (Original or photocopy)
  • Land Records — Khata/Khasra/Patta documents (Original or attested)
