How to apply

Application mode: offline

  1. Visit district enrollment camp — Enrollment officer identified
  2. Submit BPL ration card and Aadhaar — Verified
  3. Pay Rs. 30 fee and get smart card — Card issued

  • Ration Card — BPL/AAY ration card (Original)
