Eligibility criteria

  • 40%+ disability
  • Family income up to Rs. 2.5 lakh

How to apply

Application mode: offline

  1. Visit Block Development Office or ALIMCO — Application submitted
  2. Medical assessment for required device — Device specified
  3. Receive aid free of cost — Device delivered

  • Aadhaar Card — 12-digit UIDAI identification (Original or photocopy)
  • Disability Certificate — From competent medical authority (40%+) (Original)
  • Income Certificate — Issued by Tehsildar (Recent)
