  1. Register at Anganwadi within 1 year of birth — Registered
  2. Installments credited as milestones met — Cash credited

  • Bank Account Passbook — Active bank account (First page)
  • Girl Child Birth Certificate — Mandatory (Original)
  • Income Certificate — Issued by Tehsildar (Recent)
