  1. Visit any LIC branch — Form obtained
  2. Submit application with KYC — Form submitted
  3. Make lump-sum payment — Pension begins

  • PAN Card — Permanent Account Number (Original or photocopy)
  • Bank Account Passbook — Active bank account (First page)
