  • Income Certificate — Issued by Tehsildar (Recent)
  • Latest Mark Sheet — Most recent academic record (Original)
  • Bonafide Certificate — From educational institution (Original)

Optional

  • Caste Certificate — For SC/ST/OBC (From competent authority)
