How to apply

Application mode: offline

  1. Visit Block/Gram Panchayat office — Officer assigned
  2. Submit application with age and BPL proof — Application registered
  3. Pension credited monthly to bank — Monthly disbursement

  • Bank Account Passbook — Active bank account (First page)
  • Age Proof — Birth certificate or school certificate (Original)
  • BPL Certificate — BPL ration card or income proof (Original)
