  1. Register at local Anganwadi centre — Beneficiary registered
  2. Receive supplementary nutrition and growth monitoring — Free services

  • Aadhaar Card — 12-digit UIDAI identification (Original or photocopy)
  • Birth Certificate — Issued by municipal corporation/panchayat (Original)
