  1. Visit Gram Panchayat / ward office camp — Application registered
  2. Verification — Approved
  3. Rs. 1,250 monthly via DBT — Monthly disbursement

  • Bank Account Passbook — Active bank account (First page)
  • Income Certificate — Issued by Tehsildar (Recent)
