  1. Visit Block Development Office — Officer assigned
  2. Submit application with widow certificate and BPL — Application registered
  3. Pension credited monthly — Monthly DBT

  • Bank Account Passbook — Active bank account (First page)
  • Husband's Death Certificate — Issued by competent authority (Original)
  • BPL Certificate — BPL ration card or proof (Original)
